Out of School Hours Care
Gosford Regional Community Services offer high quality, affordable Out of School Hours Care for Primary School aged children and operates on the grounds of Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, Glennie St Wyoming.
In 2023, to further assist the local community, Gosford Regional Community Services expanded their Out of School Hours Care by opening a second service, which operates an After School Care on the grounds of Wyoming Public School, Maidens Brush Road, Wyoming.
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Our service hours are:
- BSC: 6.30 am – 8.45 am
- OLR ASC: 2.50 pm – 6.30 pm
- WPS ASC: 2:45 pm – 6:30 pm
VACATION CARE
Service hours during our Vacation Care program are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday in school holidays. Students from any school are welcome to attend.

Before School Care: $27.00 per day*
After School Care OLR: $44.00 per day*
After School Care WPS: $45.00 per day*
Vacation Care: $96.00 per day*
Pupil Free Day: $76.00 per day*
*prices subject to change. Fees reduced by Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Additional fees apply for out of area excursions.
ENROL YOUR CHILD
To enrol your child in our Out of School Hours Care service, click the link below. This will take you to a secure server to complete all relevant information.
There is no fee to enrol your child but by doing so at the beginning of the school year, you will be able to access the service whenever you need care, subject to availability.
Once enrolled you will receive an email with a secure login where you can access your account, check your bookings and change your contact details at any time.
Due to the expansion of Gosford Regional Community Services Out of School Hours Care, we now have an updated system in which to enrol your child. Please take note of the options as to avoid having to enrol more than once.
